Voor Achmea zijn wij op zoek naar een SAP CRM Specialist.

Achmea is an insurance company where IT plays a key part. SAP is a crucial component of Achmea extensive IT landscape. In order to provide continuous improvement of processes we are looking for an SAP CRM Specialist. With over 10 million customers, 7000 SAP CRM users and different types of insurance offers, you will understand that you will be working in a complex (IT) environment.
As “The expert” of the SAP CRM system, you provide the best relationship management solutions in order for your colleagues on the business side to serve our customers in the best way possible. These colleagues talk to many customers each day and rely on you to consult and process information properly in the SAP CRM system. As a SAP specialist you will work on many different projects and in SAFE agile trains , based on Agile / Scrum.
Everyone works based on the T-shaped model and will be expected to perform various tasks, e.g. functional designer, system configurator, developer and/or test specialist.

You deliver work packages for our customers/colleagues. These mainly contain new functionalities for users of the SAP CRM system, but can also be of a technical nature, eg. performance improvements, new enterprise services or interfaces with connected technologies such as telephony, archiving or output.

Team Information:
You are part of the IT CRM team within Achmea IT. The work environment within the team is based on mutual respect. The team consists of 22 colleagues, all willing to share their knowledge with each other in order to achieve a common goal.

Description candidate profile:
General skills:
- You have completed a relevant course in education (preferably IT related; Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Technical Engineering) comparable to a minimum of the Dutch HBO-level/Applied Sciences University
- Proactive attitude, you can work independently and you are always willing to help colleagues and share knowledge
- You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude
- You are eager to learn

Specific skills:
- You can translate business needs into innovative and customer-oriented solutions
- You can design new functionalities and improvements
- 5+ years of minimum experience working as an SAP CRM Specialist (design and customizing for SAP 7.0)
- Having debugging skills is an advantage
- You can carry out various project activities
- You have Experience with scrum and agile way of working
